Jerad Welch of Collette Tours introduced us to a New Orleans Trip scheduled for October 2017.  This 5 day trip will both guide us through the Jazz Capital of the World, New Orleans, LA.

There are several factors that contribute to losing sleep as you get older. Feeling sick or being in pain can make it hard to fall asleep. With pain and sickness come medicines, and some medicines can keep you awake. Lack of exercise, raised stress levels, or consumption of alcohol before bed can be a cause of insomnia and sleep problems. Here are some tips

The ARBORS, at 7608 Forest Hill Avenue will host the Senior Center of Greater Richmond on the 1st and 3rd Mondays on each month. Open from 10am to 3pm, we will start with exercise and offer a mix of fun, information and new ideas. AND lunch at $3 per person. Members can pick and choose the activities of the day.
