Our Programs

The Regional Center schedules activities that help our members and participants to maintain independence and remain physically and emotionally healthy. A variety of activities is scheduled each month and published with a newsletter for our members and followers.   This information is also on our website for easy access and registration.

Programs and activities are scheduled monthly and are published in a newsletter and a calendar released before the beginning of the new month.  Activities are subject to change without notice.  We will make every effort to contact persons who are registered for an event in advance, when possible.
