Exercise Options Grow in Attendance and in Classes.

We now offer at least 8 exercise classes most weeks.  Ask about Chair Yoga*, Ageless Grace, Dancing*, Senior Wellness Workout (2), Line Dancing and Chair Exercise or Strength Building.  Only two of our classes have related fees (*), the rest are free for members.  More about GRAP next month.  Contact us for more info.  SeniorCenterRVAatgmail [dot] com or 804-353-3171.
