The Regional Center provides programs, activities and opportunities for active, independent seniors. Our members choose the activities in which they have an interest to enhance their own wellness and quality of life.

Aquatics Center: Friendship Cafe meals are delivered at SwimRVA for members who have registered in advance and have been cleared for the program through the Senior Center. Call 353-3171 for a meals application. Members can bring their own lunch.
What brings a member to the Senior Center of Greater Richmond? It can be photography, Spanish classes, exercise, a health and wellness presentation, a trip, a need to meet new people or just to have something to do on Tuesday, Monday or Friday
We now offer at least 8 exercise classes most weeks. Ask about Chair Yoga*, Ageless Grace, Dancing*, Senior Wellness Workout (2), Line Dancing and Chair Exercise or Strength Building.
We need volunteers to work with games at one or two locations. The games leader picks the games or makes recommendations and gets the game going.
The Regional Center has multiple Location Partners. These partners provide space for our weekly programs or special events. Each location is selected for ease of access and flexibility. Currently, we have programs scheduled at the following locations:
